Hello. I was given macromax for supposedly sinusitis of the eye and ear. An unusual symptom, in addition to pus flowing from the sinuses, is tremor (vibration) expansion in the sinuses.
I've already taken 3 macromax pills as directed, but 1 day after the last pill I still have a slight tremor. It didn't go all the way. Can it be cured in a day/2 days by the long-term effect of the pill in the body? Do see the doctor again.

No, sinusitis, eye and ear infections cannot be cured in 2 days.
The therapeutic concentration of azithromycin (the active substance in Macromax) is maintained in the tissues for about 5-7 days after the last dose, and it may take up to about 17 days for the drug to be completely eliminated.
In this situation, it is too early to determine whether the Macromax treatment is effective or not. I suggest you wait at least 7 days, and if your symptoms persist then you can see your doctor again. If you do not have the possibility of an in-person visit, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to reserve Macromax at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/45653/macromax-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
