Hawthorn contained in the tincture may intensify the effects of Bisoprolol and thus slow down the heart rate, causing symptoms of hypotension, such as headaches during the day, weakness, drowsiness, dizziness.

If you observe these types of symptoms, you should refrain from using the tincture.
