Can you combine Epiduo Forte, Zineryt and Effaclar Duo?
I got epiduo forte for the night and zinerite for the day, plus effaclar duo (also for the morning because with spf30). Are you sure it's safe to combine all of this? That seems a bit like a lot to me.

Epiduo Forte and Zinerite can be used at the same time at different times of the day. Effaclar Duo cream has primarily nourishing properties. There is no need to worry - such a combination can be used and is often recommended by dermatologists.
