Can escitalopram and lamilept be used with lorafen?

I take escitalopram 10mg and lamilept 50mg, can I take lorafen or hydroxyzine on an ad hoc basis if necessary?

Each of these drugs requires a medical prescription. If the medication has been prescribed by different specialists, you should consult one of them and inform them about the preparations used.
Lorazepam (the active substance in Lorafen) may increase the side effects of certain preparations. Hydroxyzine in combination with escitalopram may increase the risk of irregular heart rhythm.

To sum up, it is recommended to consult a specialist before using any of the drugs.
