Good morning
for several years I have been using Triplixam 5mg + 1.25mg + 5mg - 1 tablet in the morning.
At my request, the doctor prescribed me a cheaper CO-Amlessa drug with a similar composition, i.e. 4 mg perindopril but with tert-butylamine, the remaining composition identical.
Will it be reasonable to gently switch to CO-Amless, e.g. 1 day of Triplixam and the second day of CO-Amlessa.
I ask because I still have two packages of Triplixam in stock.
Or can I switch to CO-Amless right away to try and of course observe the pressure and then use Triplixam.
I would add that the pressure I have correct.

When I was replaced with Ko amlessa, my effect was worse than on Triplixam, after 3 months I switched to Triplixam again, my doctor explained to me that Triplixam is the original drug, and Ko amlessa is generic, and I looked at the shelf life of Triplixam is three years, and Ko amless is 2 years, it seems to me that there is a difference

The final amount of perindopril in both drugs is almost identical, so they can be used interchangeably. You can start a trial treatment with Co-Amlessa, then finish the packets of Triplixam you have at home, and then, if Co-Amlessa was well tolerated, continue using it.
In Triplixam, there is a combination of perindopril and arginine, which in fact makes a dose of 5 mg of perindopril 3.395 mg. In Co-Amlessa, there is a combination of peridopril and tert-butylamine. In this case, in 4 mg of the whole compound we have about 3.338 mg of perindopril. The difference in perindopril content is therefore negligible (0.057 mg, or 57 micrograms) - it is not therapeutic.
Both products can therefore be treated as substitutes.
