Here's the thing
I currently have a week for menstruation without the patch.
I got my period after 4 days and it looks more or less like I have huge stomach pains along with black blood clots.
What does this mean?

Changing the bleeding profile while wearing the patches is normal - bleeding may be more intense or more scanty than natural menstruation, clots and abdominal pain may appear.
Such symptoms should not alarm.
However, if the bleeding was prolonged (it lasted more than 14 days), or the abdominal pain was very intense, with fever, vomiting - then you should consult a gynecologist.
