Yes, you can. These medicines do not have clinically relevant interactions with each other that would preclude their combined use. If you have purchased the medication yourself from a pharmacy, read the leaflets and follow the instructions contained in them before use. 

Sinupret drops should not be used without consulting a doctor in children under 6 years of age.
