What throat oil preparation to use?

As part of the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux, I take drugs from the PPI group. To this I would like to add something for a sore throat. After consulting a doctor and an otolaryngologist I was advised to use oily throat moisturizers in the form of a spray outside the home and nebulizer inhalers at home. Due to the fact that the choice is huge, can I ask for recommended medication
