Information contained in the summary of product characteristics:
"Patients may experience a transient exacerbation of rosacea symptoms, which usually resolves within 1 week of treatment, due to the reaction to the death of mites (Demodex). In case of severe worsening of symptoms with a strong skin reaction, treatment should be discontinued. "
If the exacerbation of the disease proceeds rapidly, it is worth seeking the advice of a doctor. If it is just a matter of more redness, it may be a temporary symptom that will disappear spontaneously after a few days of treatment.
