When can I go back to using Bilagra if I take Clemastinum, Neurovit, vitamin C and DicloDuo?

I use clemastinum on the second day 2 times a day. The doctor also prescribed Neurovit 2 times a day and vitamin C once a day. I have numbness in my right arm and foot. Caused by the use of Dicloduo. How long does it take for me to return to Bilagra?

Both drugs belong to the group of antihistamines, so combining them is not advisable - it increases the risk of side effects, such as drowsiness, concentration disorders, headaches.
