I was prescribed telmisartan, and I was told to take it at fixed times. Unfortunately, in the near future I am going to a place where the time shift is 9h, How should I take it abroad? Subtract 9h from the current time of admission and take it there at this time? If I take it at 8 in Poland, should I take it there at 8 local time?

I think that the best solution in this case will be to adjust the time of taking telmisartan to the new time zone, i.e. adjust the time of admission by 9h. If, with this solution, it turns out that the tablet is to be taken at an inconvenient time, e.g. at night, you can set a new fixed time of taking the drug for the time of departure, and return to the old dosing regimen after returning. It is important to take the drug at regular intervals, regardless of which of the dosage options is chosen for the time of departure.
