What to use for irritation of the intimate areas?

Hello, last night I had intercourse with my boyfriend, but before he did me an outpost (quite strong) and noticed blood on my fingers, but later we had normal sex and I did not feel any pain. However, this morning when I went to the toilet I saw quite a lot of blood on the paper, could it be due to damage during this finger? What is the best thing to do in such a situation?
