Should I stop Prestilol if my heart rate is 48 beats/minute?

I take Prestilol 5+5, half a tablet, there was a decrease in heart rate to 48 beats / min. Can I stop taking this medicine? I did, for a trial, a break for 4 days and everything was fine.

Lowering your heart rate to 48 beats/minute may be an indication to change your treatment. You may need a single-component drug. However, because Prestilol is a prescription drug, the doctor should decide whether to stop it or change the dosage. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-kardiologiem
