Do controloc and seronil interact with medikinet? I take 40mg of ipp every day, 20mg of fluoxetine at the doctor prescribed me the smallest former methylphenidate: 5mg, but after taking medikinet together with those I feel very bad. I have cold limbs, dry mouth, tightness in my stomach and anxiety. Could it be serotonin syndrome? I would like to add that for reflux I also sometimes take proctitus (I just took today) and for hyperprolactinemia half a tablet of dostinex once every two weeks.

Medikinet may increase blood levels and increase the effects of Seronil (fluoxetine). This can translate into increased side effects of the drug, including, m.in, feeling unwell and feeling cold, feeling anxious, dry mouth and other gastrointestinal disorders (these are not typical symptoms of serotonin syndrome). In such a situation, you should contact your doctor, who should choose the appropriate dosage regimen for individual medicines to reduce the risk of side effects.
