I wonder if you can get diseases from another person's urine if that urine accidentally gets into my blood.

The urine itself as excretion is usually sterile - without the presence of microbes. Therefore, although it is theoretically possible to imagine a situation of infection acquired through contact with someone else's urine, in practice it seems unlikely. Mainly the skin and mucous membranes would be exposed to contact with urine. However, I am not sure what kind (on what basis) urine enters the blood you mean. It should be remembered that the urinary tract through which urine flows can be a habitat for microorganisms - mainly sexually transmitted, such as trichomonas vaginal, chlamydia or ureaplasma. Viruses such as cytomegalovirus or polyomaviruses may also be present in the urine.
