Hello. I have been taking Vibin birth control pills for almost 3 years. I am after 2 pregnancies. Today I noticed scanty spotting. I am accompanied by abdominal pain as with normal menstruation. I was examined a month ago, everything was fine, I only got erosion pills. What can be caused by such spotting, and should I consult a gynecologist? Thank you for your reply and best regards.

A single occurrence of spotting should not worry - it may be an adverse reaction of tablets. If spotting will be repeated, especially after intercourse, it is worth consulting with a gynecologist. This may indicate, m.in that erosions persist.
