How to dose Rybelsus?

I struggle with obesity . From the doctor maa prescribed ribelsus in a cycle of use 10 days 3g, 10 days 7g and 100 days 14g. I have doubts that the doctor is not mistaken with too short a deadline for the dosage of tablets 3 and 7 g.
