Hello. I tested progesterone on the 21st day of the cycle (31 July)35.30, ovulation test positive 24.07. On the 23rd day of the cycle (2 August) I did a beta HCG test and it came out 2.3. Is the result reliable or wait until the day of the planned menstruation?

It all depends on how many days have passed since intercourse? If more than 7 days have passed since intercourse, the beta HCG result means the absence of pregnancy. If the time between intercourse and the test was less than 7 days, the test should be repeated in a few days.
