Because in my off-orthopedics it is a neurological disease if it hurts the nerve causing pain, and in such cases I think that Pregabalin could be better, instead of skudex, which has one opioid (tramadol), and secondly dexketoprofen, which in my opinion is not indifferent to the stomach and kidneys ;) Generally, if a colleague has not been to a neurologist, I recommend visiting ;)

@Kacper - mistake - the colleague has PTSD, not depression, although Escitalopram (PTSD) has no effect on PLACEBO in the treatment of PTSD, but is for severe depression. However, those preparations that I exchanged earlier for PTSD seem ;) By the way, Medical Marijuana also (it is also to some extent a psychedelic, in other parts it is a stimulant and depresent).

@Kacper - think about treating depression with modern methods, not with these SSRIs;) Esketamine treatment has been available in Poland for some time. Let's hope that many mental illnesses will be treated with psychedelics such as: psilocybin (magic mushrooms), MDMA (ecstasy), LSD-25, Salvia Divinorum (Salvinorin A; divine sage / shaman; in my opinion, 1 session of 5min can "convert" a person from many addictions, especially behavioral).
