So it's not an up-to-date prescription template. From 1 November 2023, prescriptions for narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances can only be issued electronically.
The patient will receive a 4-digit code or information printout from the doctor. The pharmacist in the system will see this:
How is this correct formula??? And where is the indication about psychotropic substances, the amount of psychotropic substance (in numbers and words)?
Seriously, would such a prescription pass?
