Hello, Since the age of 7 (22 I have now) I have such in the intimate place two things. The brown growth looks to me like a soft fibroma. Is there something in the pharmacy for this and is it safe to remove it? And the second thing is this fold of skin, what is it?

Since the lesion is large, it should not be removed using the means available in pharmacies. A visit to a dermatologist would be advisable. It is possible to cut out the lesion, freeze or laser removal. Measures available in pharmacies are not justified in this case, especially since the situation concerns the intimate areas.
