Could a psychiatrist prescribe MEDIKINET CR 20 with MEDIKINET 5mg or 10mg? If my health condition, i.e. blood pressure, would not be contraindications? I currently take MEDIKINET cr 20 twice a day.

Such a combination is possible in some cases, but the dosage method is an individual matter and the final decision should be made by a doctor who has access to the patient's medical history. However, it is not possible to exchange (without consulting a doctor) a modified-release drug for an immediate-release drug.
