Will saline help with a runny nose and wet cough in a 10-month-old baby?
Daughter 10 months, runny nose pours from the nose, occasional cough, in which the child even chokes on phlegm, vomiting happens during coughing. Should I go to the doctor or are saline inhalations enough?

Saline inhalations will help moisturize and gently cleanse the airways. Such inhalation alone may not be enough for the described symptoms and it is worth consulting them with a doctor.
