Is it possible to combine Dentix liquid and Elmex toothpaste, since the Dentix packaging says not to combine with other preparations containing fluoride?

I bought DENTIX mouthwash and only at home I read that you should consult if you take something else with fluoride. Can I use it with elmex paste (it has aminofluoride)?

Elmex paste contains 1400 ppm fluoride, Dentix 500 ppm. Translated, "parts per million" means "parts per million". In the European Union, the maximum ppm indicated on toothpaste packages is 1500. Thus, by combining these products, the norm will be exceeded. In the short term, this does not pose a threat to health, but in the future when using Dentix, it is worth buying toothpastes without fluoride or with less of it.
