Dosage of the drug: In severe and chronic conditions, the following amounts of suppositories are administered consecutively: 3 times a day for 1 suppository for 3 days, 2 times a day for 1 suppository for 3 days, 1 time a day for 1 suppository for 3 days. Total 9 days, 18 suppositories. In medium - lighter states, the following amounts of suppositories are given consecutively: 2 times a day for 1 suppository for 3 days, 1 once a day for 1 suppository for 4 days. Total 7 days, 10 suppositories. In the lightest states, the following amounts of suppositories are given: 2 times a day for 1 suppository for 2 days. Total 2 days, 4 suppositories. Your doctor may recommend a different dosage. The manufacturer does not indicate a specific time of day that will be most appropriate to take the drug.
