Can I start using Dih max if Cyclo 3 Fort has been ineffective for hemorrhoids?

Good evening, if the hemorrhoid drug Cyclo 3 forte used according to the scheme did not help, can I try Dih max tablets now? Doesn't that make sense? Of course, according to the scheme described in the leaflet. I don't know what to do, nothing helps in the long run. Is it possible that dih could help and cyclo could not? The first one was recommended to me by a gynecologist, but unfortunately... :( I took 4-6 a day. At the same time apply ointments.
