Is it possible to use lavender oil on the scalp of a breastfeeding woman?

Can lavender oil be used on hair and scalp during breastfeeding? More specifically, it is about mixing it with another oil (eg sweet almonds) and applying it for about an hour to the scalp.

The use of lavender oil in small amounts in breastfeeding women carries a low risk of lactation. It is not recommended to use the oil in areas where a child could consume it (such as the chest). In addition, the possible risk can be reduced by using the mixture immediately after feeding the baby. After an hour, you should wash the scalp well.
