Is it known how often eye and muscle problems occur in patients taking Plaquenil?
Good morning, I have saved Plaquenil but reading I am worried about side effects like eye and muscle problems. Is it known how often patients experience them? The second question every evening I take hydroxyzine in the leaflet is information not to combine. Is the time interval sufficient in this situation?

Eye and musculoskeletal disorders are side effects of Plaquenil of unknown frequency. This means that there is currently not enough data to determine the frequency of their occurrence. I enclose a link to an article that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow The use of hydorxisine together with Plaquenil is not indicated due to the increased risk of arrhythmias. If these medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking and what additional conditions he suffers from, they can be used at the same time as the dosage prescribed by the doctor.
