I use Albothyl for an infection, but I have observed that I pee red, is this something serious?

Red urine may indicate the presence of blood in the urine. Please see a doctor as soon as possible who will order appropriate diagnostics to find the cause of blood in your urine. The causes of hematuria include, m.in, urinary tract infections. Red urine can also occur after eating a lot of beets - this is not a cause for concern.
