The summary of product characteristics of Eliquis does not indicate a risk of interaction with Cyclo3fort (no such studies were carried out for the latter). I encourage you to take medication at an interval of time (e.g. 2h) or at another time of the day - then the possibility of malabsorption (eg) is minimized.
