When to start using Estrofem and Metformax?

If I received recommendations with estrof from the 5th day of the cycle, does it mean that I have to wait until the period starts by itself, even if it can happen in a few weeks? And if I have to take metformax every day, should I start or wait until I can take estrofem and start together?

Estrofem and Metformax are available on prescription and should be used as directed by the doctor who prescribed them. If you are to start taking Estrofem on the 5th day of the cycle, you should wait until the onset of menstruation, regardless of how long it will be. Metformax can be started on any day.
