The simultaneous use of Pluscard and Essentiale forte may cause an interaction consisting in increased anticoagulant effect. Therefore, people using Pluscard may consider choosing another preparation that supports the liver, e.g. Hepatil https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/34768/hepatil-tabletki/apteki, Sylimarolek https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/76314/sylimarol-70-mg-drazetki/apteki. In people who need to use Essentiale, it may be necessary to adjust the dose of acertylosalicylic acid (Pluscard).
