Hi Some time ago about a year on my shoulder grew "something" earlier I thought it was a bigger mole, yesterday a little scratched and minimally flew unless the blood, does not itch but now a little like it hurts when pressed, previously did not give any signs, from what I see does not change somehow for a long time its size, can it be melanoma? I'm terribly afraid, a visit to a dermatologist in a few days but I've eaten a little bit of fear
