Yes, you can check it by logging in to the Online Patient Account on the https://pacjent.gov.pl website. When you do this, the patient's account has a history of all prescriptions issued to you, and you will also see which of them have been partially or completely fulfilled. After logging in to the patient's account, please go to the Prescriptions tab, and then My Prescriptions, where you will see all the e-prescriptions you have received, including those partially redeemed. When you find the right prescription, go to the "View prescription document" button, which will open the prescription redemption document issued by the pharmacy where the prescription was filled. On the right side of the document, you will be able to find the address of the pharmacy, as well as the details of the pharmacist or pharmaceutical technician who filled the prescription. Below I enclose a link to an article on the implementation of e-prescription, which may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/jak-zrealizowac-e-recepte-w-aptece

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
