Hello, I met in pharmacies with such that Ozempik is sold at an inflated price, but it is such as a reimbursed drug, what does it mean? and how to get it? Who is it for?

Ozempic is available on the market in packages that are refundable and cost exactly the same in each pharmacy as well as in packages that are not refundable, and their price can be freely shaped by individual pharmacies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki The package in the "version" refunded costs about PLN 357 and at this price can only be obtained by patients who are entitled to a discount, i.e. meeting the following criteria: Type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients treated with at least two hypoglycaemic drugs, with HbA1c ≥ 7.5%, with obesity defined as a BMI ≥30 kg / m2 and very high cardiovascular risk understood as: 1) confirmed cardiovascular disease, or 2) damage to other organs manifested by: proteinuria or left ventricular hypertrophy or retinopathy, or 3) the presence of 2 or more of the main risk factors listed below: -age ≥ 55 years for men, ≥60 years for women, -dyslipidaemia, -hypertension, -smoking. The availability of reimbursed packaging varies depending on the dose, but you can search for them through the link I provided at the beginning of the answer. The lady so calmly informs us that in the light of the law we are being fooled and a prescription without reimbursement costs 3 times more than the initial price of the one for reimbursement. Unfortunately, I have to refer to Germany, from which we take handfuls of bad models and avoid the good ones. So in GERMANY OZEMPIC 1mg in 12 doses, i.e. for 3 months, costs 216€ for a full-price prescription. This price is in every pharmacy and it is also the starting price for reimbursement on prescription. And with us?! The pharmacist calmly and without a word of condemnation admits that the drug mafia is working at its best and lemmings are supposed to swallow it and drink it
