What is the difference between Biovisc Ortho and Synocrom?

Good morning, I was recommended to buy Biovisc Ortho 20mg / 2ml. During the search I came across a cheaper product Synocrom. Are these preparations different? Can I use a cheaper equivalent? Best regards

Preparations are their substitutes. The decision to administer one of them should be made after consulting a doctor. You can read more about what drug substitutes are in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow Biovisc Ortho 20mg/2 ml is a medical device containing 20 mg of sodium hyaluronate in phosphate buffered saline in 2 ml. The pH of the solution is 7.2. Synocrom is a medical device containing 20 mg of sodium hyaluronate in 2 ml solution. Other ingredients include sodium chloride, citric acid, sodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and purified water. The pH of the solution is between 6,8 and 7,6. You can order both preparations using the offer of an online or stationary pharmacy. Choosing an online pharmacy allows you to compare prices and order the product with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/12066/biovisc-ortho-iniekcja/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/76537/synocrom-iniekcja/apteki
