From what I was able to determine, the vaccine is not yet available in Poland. I have already contacted the Danish manufacturer, as soon as I get an answer, it will be posted here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/37527/imvanex-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=169927#news
