The doctor prescribed me budesonide twice for two injections what does it mean? It means that one capsule is one inhalation, yes? And the second capsule is the second inhalation? Is that how I understand it? So I have to use 4 capsules a day?

Yes, your reasoning is correct. One capsule is one inhalation dose, i.e. you should use 4 capsules a day.
