In such a situation, local treatment, e.g. creams, suppositories, sit-up, may not be sufficient. It is worth taking care of "strengthening" the veins using drugs, e.g. with diosmin, ruscus or calcium dobezylate. If you are not breastfeeding, you can safely use this type of preparation. The treatment should last about 2 months. If you do not observe an improvement, then you should consult a proctologist.
