According to the information contained in the leaflet, before applying the dressing, the wound area should be dried and the wound should be properly cleaned and disinfected. It is necessary to choose a dressing of a size slightly larger than the wound. The dressing should be secured so that it does not move and remains in place, making sure that the plaster used for this purpose does not cover the dressing (but only its edge). Covering the dressing with a plaster may change the properties of the polyurethane foam. The dressing can be used up to 7 days.
