Should I use Gynoflor after menstruation?

Good morning, I have prescribed the drug fluomizin and gynoflor For inflammation. First of all, I have to take fluomizin, then after the end of the drug start gynoflor. However, I forgot to ask during the visit that I have menstruation (18.04) I have one medicine for 6 days and the other for the next 6 days and in the meantime menstruation. Can I take fluomizin, have a period and later gynoflor ?
