Is it possible to buy in a pharmacy without a prescription some cream for blackheads on the face?

Is it possible to buy in a pharmacy without a prescription some cream for blackheads on the face? If so, please give me their names. I want this cream not to clog pores and not cause pimples. So far, I have used Iwostin Purritin cream, but this cream does not help me.

These "black dots" that you have observed in yourself are closed blackheads. 1) If I understand correctly, Iwostin Purritin cream is for blackheads, yes? No, I know what cream from the Iwostin Purritin series you want to ask. Not every cream in this series will eliminate closed blackheads. I would therefore like to ask you to clarify the question in this regard. 2) So what is the difference between the ones you gave and Iwostin Purritin cream? The creams I proposed differ in both composition and action. It is difficult for an outsider to propose a specific solution based on such a short description, so I gave a few creams to choose from. The effect and composition of individual dermocosmetics can be checked by clicking on the links attached in the previous answer. 3) I must admit that I would like to try a cheaper cream at the beginning. For some time I used Soolantra cream, which was prescribed by a dermatologist, but I do not see practically any desired improvement after it. The face is red all the time, blackheads are present on it. Soolantra is only available with a prescription and should not be used without consulting a specialist. It is a medicine used to treat topical inflammatory lesions in rosacea (papulopustular) in adults. There is a fundamental difference between juvenile acne and rosacea. We wrote more about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/tradzik-rozowaty-z-rumiencem-nam-nie-do-twarzy 4) Are there any prescription creams or ointments available for this ailment that are not too expensive? If so, please give me a name? Skin with rosacea is very sensitive, and its care requires caution. Intensively acting ingredients that can exacerbate the course of the disease are not recommended. The cream used for juvenile acne will be too strong in this case. This can also be the cause of observed blackheads. Too dry skin will defend itself with overproduction of sebum. In this case, it is worth betting on good hydration and regeneration of the hydro-lipid barrier, e.g.: Cetaphil DA ultra: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/16823/cetaphil-da-ultra-krem/apteki It is also worth choosing cosmetics dedicated to skin with rosacea: Pharmaceris R Lipo-Rosalgin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/61130/pharmaceris-r-lipo-rosalgin-multikojacy-krem-do-skory-suchej-spf-15-krem/apteki Redblocker day cream: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/66279/redblocker-krem-do-skory-naczynkowej-na-dzien-krem/apteki In the daily care of skin with rosacea, sunscreens that have a protective and preventive effect cannot be missing. 5) Could I start by trying Bioliq Specialist Imperfections, a normalizing day cream against skin imperfections, 30 ml? Won't this cream clog pores? Is it allowed for blackheads? Bioliq Specialist Imperfections cream is dedicated to acne-prone skin, not rosacea. It is difficult to assess whether it will be effective in this case. Choosing the perfect cosmetic for your skin type is a long-term process.

In medical parlance, blackheads are actually open blackheads. Closed comedones are those subcutaneous, with a white color, while open ones have a dark color. Within his competence, the pharmacist may propose over-the-counter painkillers: Skinoren cream: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/71823/skinoren-krem/apteki La Roche-Posay Effaclar Serum: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/108268/la-roche-posay-effaclar-serum-do-cery-tradzikowej-plyn/apteki Pharmaceris T Sebo-Almond Peel 5%: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/61161/pharmaceris-t-sebo-almond-peel-5-krem-z-5-kwasem-migdalowym-na-noc-i-stopien-zluszczania-krem/apteki Avène Cleanance Comedomed: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/100781/avene-cleanance-comedomed-koncentrat-przeciw-niedoskonalosciom-krem/apteki The action and composition of individual dermocosmetics can be checked by clicking on the attached links on the GdziePoLek.pl website, which also allows you to place an order with home delivery or collection in the nearest stationary pharmacy.
