How to dose Posela?

I have been prescribed 5 tablets for 5 days. The doctor matched 70 kg to my weight. However, the leaflet says that the treatment consists of a single dose, the number of tablets recommended by the doctor should be taken at the same time as a single dose. Shouldn't I take 5 pcs in one day?
