Can Diosminex 500 and Rostil be used at the same time?

Good morning, is it possible to use Diosminex 500 and Rostil 250mg at the same time, 2 times a day? This is an elderly person, 88 years old, has varicose veins on his legs, Doppler ultrasound did not show thrombosis.
