I used Duphaston wrongly, could I harm myself?

Good morning, from Monday 20.03 I had a recommendation from a gynecologist to take 2 tablets of duphaston a day, after the insemination procedure which took place on 16.03. Today I realized that I should take 1 tablet in the morning, 1 in the evening, and I took 2 in the evening. Could I have harmed myself with it? Tonight he plans to take only 1 and further on Monday morning.

If you take more than one tablet a day of Duphaston, spread the use evenly throughout the day, e.g. take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening – so we will avoid fluctuations in the concentration of the drug and obtain a constant concentration. Always using the drug not as prescribed, there is a risk of a different therapeutic effect than the one that has been tested on many patients using the drug correctly.
