Can I open a Helides capsule?

Good morning Can I put Helides 40 mg into cheese or yogurt and take it anyway? I have a huge problem with swallowing pills.

If you have difficulty swallowing, the Helides capsule can be opened and dissolved in half a glass of still water. Do not dissolve the contents of the capsules in any other liquid, as the coating protecting the contents from gastric juice may be damaged. The solution with visible granules should be mixed and drunk immediately or within 30 minutes of preparation. Then you need to fill the glass with water halfway, stir and drink.
