Positivum, opinions and questions

Good morning. Can I use concor cor 1.25 mg with Ashwaganda, Positivum, Potazek Mg, vitamin D, C and Sanprobi Stress tablets at the same time? Concor cor, Potazek mg and Ashwagande take on the recommendation of a cardiologist, probiotic and vitamins on my own, while I would also like to start taking Positivum, which is over the counter. From what I know, however, it contains St. John's wort extract and hence my fears - whether I can combine it with other preparations. What's more, can I use Positivum now when there is more and more sun - or will it not cause adverse skin reactions such as discoloration. Yours sincerely.
