Good morning, after applying rhinogermin, a four-year-old child reports that his nose hurts (I think this term for some pinching). Is this a normal reaction, given the fact that the child on average every two weeks has a runny nose, cough. Or could it be a spoiled product?

There were no side effects with Rinogermina. Perhaps the child's feelings are related to the application of the solution itself and are unpleasant for him. Less likely is a hypersensitivity reaction to one of the components of the preparation - then its use should be discontinued and a pediatrician should be consulted. If the preparation is used correctly (not straight from the refrigerator - warm up for a while), stored according to the leaflet, properly prepared there is a rather small chance of a "spoiled product".
