Can I go to a gynecologist after 6 weeks after intercourse?

Is the doctor able to rule out pregnancy 6 weeks and 5 days after intercourse? So 46 days from intercourse, I wanted to go to the doctor to dispel any doubts but I do not know whether after this time I will be able to 100 percent exclude pregnancy or hold off a few more weeks

Yes, transvaginal ultrasound will detect pregnancy from about 4 - 5 weeks, although you can meet with the opinion that the examination at 6-7 weeks is more reliable. It is important whether the patient correctly indicates the date of the last menstruation, how regular the cycles are. The quality of the equipment and the operator's experience can also play some role. If you would like to go to the gynecologist to confirm your pregnancy, please clearly state the purpose of the visit and the doctor will undoubtedly answer whether you can already undergo the examination or whether it is better to come in a few days.
