You should inform the doctor issuing the reimbursed prescription about the lack of insurance and about the prescription. If it was a GP clinic, you should also inform the unit, because perhaps the entire medical visit was not due to you. Further steps will be agreed with the prescribing doctor and possibly the doctor's office/clinic.
